Hi-Pro Primary Jaw Crusher

4432 Hi-Pro Primary Jaw Crusher mounted on civil foundations at a 200 TPH Crushing Plant

Hi-Pro Series Primary Jaw Crushers are among the most advanced Crushers in the world. We have turned the conventional “Single Toggle” crushing technology upon its head with the unique “Inverted Toggle Plate” technology. Our crushers are Stronger, Require Less Maintenance and Last Much Longer.

Our Primary Jaw Crushers effectively incorporate the Strength and Economy of Double Toggle Jaw Crusher in a Single Toggle Machine.

All Crushing Capacities are considering the average specific gravity of feed material to be 2.7

The Crushing Capacities indicated above are approximate and may vary depending upon Feed Material, Feed Size, Moisture and Clay Content, Feed Gradation etc.

STPH is US Short Tons per Hour (1 Short Ton = 2000 Pounds)
MTPH is Metric Tons per Hour (1 Metric Ton = 1000 Kg)

Strong by Design

Owing to the unique inverted toggle technology, load distribution in our Primary Jaw Crusher substantially balanced. The absence of compressive stress in the main frame ensures a much higher fatigue life.

On the other hand, the main frame of a Conventional Jaw Crusher has to endure both compressive and tensile loads. This causes excessive stress at the lower portion of the side wall, often leading to failure

Very Low Jaw Plate Wear

The crushing stroke in our Primary Jaw Crushers has been optimized to ensure minimum slippage of material between the Jaw Plates.

The material to be crushed gets squarely compressed between the jaw plates, minimizing friction during crushing.

On the other hand, rubbing action is inherent in all Conventional Single Toggle Jaw Crushers. The crushing stroke pushes the material up and down against the fixed jaw plate leading to faster wear and greater fines generation.
